Tornado

Tornadoes should dawn names like hurricanes
Because some people rip through your life in the same fashion
You wake up to a beautiful clear day
with a change of temperature
A slight turn of the wind
Hell forms suddenly from the mist
Thirsty for life desperately sucking in air in order to sustain
The hunger for destruction grows rapidly
Out of control spinning aimlessly
A dangerous meandering between
Exhilarating freedom and reckless abandonment
You chew up everything in your path nothing is spared
No mercy to be shown
Such a fearless demon of devastation
Amazed by you grandeur the meek never know what hit them
A deathly silence
And the ride is over
You recede back into the mist
Leaving nothing unscathed
A mess for the rest to rifle through
Pick up their scattered pieces
While you run away to your next destination to claim another
People like you are tornadoes

I am currently freaked out by the advertisement for whiter teeth intruding on my Live Journal page. Why do they have to be so big and so yellow? I guess that is what makes this advertisement effective, but I am immensely sickened by it. I guess I will have to customize my page finally. Eh, work, the pushing of buttons in a productive way does not appeal. Instead, I prefer to spew my boredom, cloaked in a witty obeservation of nothing important or relevant. And on such a beautiful day...

A really good movie featuring an unlikely candidate, Will Ferell, called "Stranger Than Fiction". Did I say it was really really good, and quite my taste.

Is there bravery in stupidity?

factors-
perception: personal views
reprecussions: life and death

Does the level of risk determine which category your choice or action is viewed?

I have decided that I want Onstar just so I can have my own emergency commercial on the radio. Haven't decided what my emergency is going to be yet, taking suggestions

I've made a huge mistake, come the turn of next year we'll see how much I will hurt from it, if at all, that is... Oh the suspense! What fun! Bad things happen when I get bored, very bads things. There is something self distructive engrained in my DNA, I believe. It is the only excuse I can come up with that makes any sense of my life thus far. I am rather shocked that I have avoided becoming,a post pardom baby mama, a criminal, or a drug addict,or all three, like many of my family. I have never been a follower though, and those roads are just way too typical. I suppose I challenged myself to be more of an original and creative fuck up. Congratulations!

I've always found her to be a fascinating person from her kookie name to the odd coincidences in we share in life, perhaps coincidence isn't the right term but something of the like. If I were to ever have had an idol it would have been Whoopi.

I thank all you birthday wishers. It went well and the celebration is not over. I haven't acknowledged my birthday in two years so I have some making up to do.

I am now officailly a Deadwood addict.

I recently decide to rent movies this past week in addition to my usually delivery of Netflix shows.
Air I Breathe, an everthing film, A and B list stars in atypical roles. When I say everything I mean action, mystery, suspense, love, etc, and a drop of hope at the end.

Forgetting Sarah Marshall, a surprisingly good film with unexpected crotch shots of the tall yet still frumpy lead man within the first five minutes of the movie, adult laughs galore.

Affinity, a film adaptation of another of Sarah Water's novels, very very well done, I cried at the end, says a lot.

and the merry goes round
and the clock tocks to tick
and my heart is...
well, we'll get back to that
as the spider's shadow threatens the lamp below
oh and my heart is trying to say
but struggling to find
struggling to pump
struggling to rhyme
aren't we having fun?

Weird restricted number called me late at Friday night, as opposed to the strange California and Alabama numbers that were dialing a few weeks ago. Well, they have stopped, with the arrival of Reece. I still have yet to question him on the matter. (?) But there is still this restricted person, I wonder, and that is all I can do at this point.

Oh yes, I almost forgot. In short, I went on a friends boat this Saturday. I can't swim. Smartly enough they were supplied with life jackets and such, so I promptly adorned one. Shorty there after, in short, the boat sank in the middle of Mott Lake and three of us had to swim to shore in but clinching cold water, while the other two were miracluously save by a passing boat. Luckily my friend had a whistle to get the attention of the other boat which passed us only minutes prior to the incident. I abruptly conclude we all survived, yea go team. I didn't freak out, Jenny rocks, and besides all the fanfare (MT. Morris Fire Dept and Parks Service and friends)the press didn't show up and we were not showcased on the news. Maybe if one us had drowned, I don't know, got to love The Journal.
